Ingredients
- 1.5 oz bourbon whiskey
- 1 tbsp Damtuh Korean honey ginger
- o.5 oz rockey's botanical liqueur
- Sparkling water
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a glass
- Stir the mixture until well blended
- Add ice to a glass
- Carefully pour the sparkling water over the ice
- For a finishing touch, garnish with fresh mint leaves for decoration
