Holiday Honey Whiskey Ginger

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon whiskey
• 1 tbsp Damtuh Korean honey ginger
• o.5 oz rockey's botanical liqueur
• Sparkling water

Method

1. Combine all the ingredients in a glass
2. Stir the mixture until well blended
3. Add ice to a glass
4. Carefully pour the sparkling water over the ice
5. For a finishing touch, garnish with fresh mint leaves for decoration
